About Alex Koretz
Alex Koretz has almost two decades of experience working at the world’s leading technology companies, including Amazon and Meta, and top law firms such as Dechert and King & Spalding. Alex provides sophisticated, experienced and calibrated legal advice to small and medium sized businesses and investment funds at a fraction of the cost of existing providers.
Alex received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and his law degree from Emory University. When not working, you can find him on the golf course or the ski mountain, or spending time with the Koretz Law mascot, Hops, a miniature goldendoodle.

Fractional General Counsel
